1) How do I know which product is best for my complaints?


At Podobrace, service is our main priority, so we always try to offer our clients the best product for their specific complaints. Finding the right product is easy through our product guide:

In addition, we use 3 different protection levels:


Level 1colored Green   -- Basic Protection.

Level 2: colored Orange -- Advanced Protection.

Level 3: colored  Red -- Highest Protection Level.


So you can easily see which protection level you need.



2) How do I measure my size?


With every product, at the bottom you'll see an illustration which indicates how to measure your size. And in the corresponding size chart, you can then easily see which size you need.

3) I purchased the wrong size, now what?


At Podobrace, exchanging your product for a different size or different product is very simple. Simply visit our website and replace your order, this time with the right size or the correct product and your new order will be processed and sent immediately.


You then return your previous order via the step-by-step plan indicated on this link.



4) How can I pay?


At Podobrace, you can pay in 9 different ways, one of these payment methods you can even pay afterwards (so buy and try your product first, pay later). The full overview of all payment methods can be found here.  



5) When will I receive my product?


At Podobrace, all our products are in stock, and service and swift delivery are our main priorities, meaning all orders are always processed and shipped immediately, also during Saturdays!

(Preserved, delivery runs via TNT and DHL).



6) I returned my product, but my money is not yet refunded?


At Podobrace, return shipments are always processed immediately (this is company policy), with the refund usually taking place via MultiSafepay (this is for our customers safety), therefore, processing can take several working days.

If you have ordered via a VISA or MasterCard, the amount will be refunded to your card.


If your money is still not on your account after 10 days, please contact us so we can check and resolve it immediately.



7) I have ordered several products via ''Afterpay'', but I want to return 1 product, now what?


If you have ordered several products via Klarna Invoice and you want to keep only 1 or 2, our financial department will immediately adjust the invoice and send it to your email address. (As soon as the return shipment has been received and processed by us).



8) I opted for ''Afterpay'' and haven't paid yet, but I want to order another product, now what?


This is never a problem, you simply place your order again and return the other product. 

And as soon as the return shipment has arrived, we will immediately cancel the invoice and handle everything for you.
