Request a return

You can send an e-mail to support@podobrace.com to register your return request with us within 14 days of receiving your order. Don't forget to include your name, e-mail address and order number along with the items you want to return in your message.

After receiving and processing your return request we will send you an e-mail that contains a link. By clicking on this link and by filling in your data after clicking on the link, you can create your own return label, which you can then download, print and stick on your package and deliver it to a postal office near you.

As soon as your return shipment has been received and processed by our return department, our financial department will refund the full amount on your bank account. For your safety, our return payments are done via MultiSafepay. This is an external organisation, which guarantees both the buyer and the sellers safety, so it usually takes between 5 – 10 working days for your money to be transferred back to your bank account.
