The PS II features lightweight aircraft-grade aluminium hinges that provide controlled support for the knee and prevent hyperextension. This ensures optimal protection of the joint in cases of instability, even after surgery or serious injury. The hinges are also removable.
The knee support provides compression and warmth around the knee joint, which stimulates blood flow and reduces pain. A sewn-in patella pressure point keeps the kneecap in place, providing extra support for knee problems such as instability or cartilage issues.
